AniManGaki 2013

Ready for a long post? :D Well, now that AMG is over, I feel a wee bit empty inside. But look at the bright side, I'm back into Vocaloid, and I have time for my studies!

AniManGaki 2013 was a yet another great experience for me. Learnt about more stuffs regarding event management. This is my 2nd year in the community. Took up more tasks than I'm supposed to handle though.

AniManGaki 2012 Day 1

こんちゃーす。It's time for AniManGaki 2012 Day 1's report. I'm so slow orz. Despite all the fatigue from set up day, the crews & volunteers had to get up early in the morning X_X I for one, arrived at the hall at 7am again. By the way, walking around Pyramid 7am in the morning is an interesting adventure o3o

I realized that I did not took enough pictures of the hall on set up day so I decided to take'em on Day 1 (More pictures of the hall taken on Day 2 though ww)

R.A.G.E! Vs Anime Fiesta

I'm sure anyone who's in the ACG community knows about this already. Lots of skepticism and I wonder how many people actually believed Anime Fiesta will bring Hatsune Miku to Malaysia. I'm a huge follower of Vocaloid news myself and SEGA has already announced that this year's Miku no Hi Dai Kanshasai will be the last Hatsune Miku concert.

Well first things first,
R.A.G.E!'s Website : http://rage.3mina.net/index.html
Anime Fiesta's 'Website' : http://kualalumpur.is-into-anime.com/

Let's have a look at R.A.G.E!
R.A.G.E! stands for Radical Anime Games Expo and this event is organized by EMiNA Japanese Animation Club Melaka which is also the very committee who did GACC since year 2006. GACC had their last ACG event in year 2010 ( I still miss the good old GACC :P) and now they're back in 2012 as R.A.G.E! I have high hopes for this since the first ever ACG event that I went to was GACC and I've been going to GACC since it's 2nd year (year 2007). I'd recommend event goers to go for this event :D I'll try to go R! as well since I have a couple of friends going there too and since it's at Melaka anyway (my hometown lawls)

FYI, in year 2007, GACC actually invited seiyuu Touru Furuya and in year 2008, they invited seiyuu Masakazu Morita! Oh gawd, good times, good times.

Anime Fiesta....

http://animefiestakl.com/

Someone actually bought a domain and did this lols. A lot of trolling has been going on at their facebook event page here and here. And also, the organizer's twitter yeah, the guy with a half naked profile picture "=.= I won't say much about this because most already know the wutnotohmaigawd about this event.

Now read this https://twitter.com/#!/ShinnoAkihiko/status/155098923252465664 I highly doubt it lol. And he wants to achieve 9000 attendees at the said facebook event page. Why bother? SEGA already announced their last Hatsune Miku concert. Plus, he says Crypton will be announcing the concert next week.

Oh well, I haven't been posting/commenting at their event page, just being a bystander witnessing all the happenings. We'll just have to wait and see what happens next week.

In the mean time, gawd I started my second semester and its tough I tell you. Why did I chose this course in the first place...orz

R.A.G.E! R.A.G.E!

Snow Miku 2012 Train, Snow Miku 2012 Nendroid and DIVA model

This year's Snow Miku train has been revealed! Its the 2nd Snow Miku train and its at Hokkaido, it will start its operation tomorrow (19/12/2011 - 30/3/2012) *Cough my blog is becoming more of a Vocaloid news blog lols cough*

This time, they collaborated with 'Moiwayama' and used Moiwayama's mascot, Mouris-kun. Miku and Mouris-kun is the main design of the train. Total length of the train is 13m. More info after the break!

Comic Fiesta 2011

A few more days to CF! And I'm not going haha. I can't go cause I'm stuck at my hometown *sigh* Hope my friends will have fun there :D especially their huge M.V.P gathering haha.

Frankly, I've never went to CF before, to date, I only went to a few ACG events only such as GACC (Been following them since their 2nd year, and I still think they're the greatest), Animangaki and TACG. I usually sulk every year not being able to go to CF and stare at CF photos with a blank mind lol.

Oh well, nothing can be done. Maybe I'll go next year?

Kyaa, I have a matching HDD with my brother! (mine is the smaller one)

Oh, I just revealed my brother complex OTL

For those not being able to go to Comic Fiesta, here's a song for you, BADYEAR written by Hi Ton Factory, sung by Hatsune Miku

CSI : Crime City (Facebook App)

CSI : Crime City

I've just started playing this. Seems interesting. Despite being a new game, it has achieved 700k players. Quite impressive, plus, this game looks promising. The graphics are quite nice. I love how they have the system where you'd play as a CSI agent, searching tile by tile for evidence. What's more, you get to customize your own office. But the mind-blowing thing for me would be the other CSI agents. This game is focused around CSI : Las Vegas, which is the first series that made it all happen. And there's Greg! <3>_< style="text-align: center;"> " Coming Soon"

D'awww, I can't wait for the next big update :3 So Give it a try!

GACC 2010

The last epic GACC has come to an end last week. I bid you farewell, GACC. I've been attending GACC since 2007 and it was awesome. GACC was the first South East Asia ACG event to bring a seiyuu from Japan. 2007 was Tohru honda and 2008 was Masakazu Morita. I love the GACC committee XD.

Moving on..... I went for both days thinking that I could capture more cosplayers and grab their pictures. Turns out I made the right choice ^_^ This year there's more cosplayers compared to previous years. On the first day, they changed the venue. Omg... It was supposed to be held in the Exam Hall of MMU but unfortunately, GACC coincide with MMU's Open Day. So they had to change their venue last minute. They changed to a small hot and stuffy classroom. wth..But on the 2nd day, it was back to normal and it was held at the Exam Hall. Phew, if not I'm gonna die due to lack of oxygen in that tight space =w=. Pictures PICTURES!

Omg, a cute Yuffie XD I wonder who's her parrents O.o
Hetalia - England and Russia. Seriously, this is one of the best cosplays of England. She really looks like England!
L and Kira from Death Note. Awesome OAO
Ngehehehe. Okay I'll stop flooding this post with photos. Just hop over to my facebook and take a look at the photos okay? >.o

P.S : I'm no professional photographer. So expect some low quality photos cheers :D
P.S 2 : Did you participate Earth Hour?

My Damned Mouse

So, I started playing a game named osu! It was fun until my mouse went wrong.

Osu!, a point and click game. I started playing it few weeks ago and it is a splendid game :3 *salutes to peppy, the creator* Suddenly, my mouse would slip away and heads for other directions - insane mouse. I couldn't even click properly sometimes because the cursor doesn't move to the direction i wanted T_T. Furthermore, there's a spinning action needed to get extra scores, that even made it worse. T_T My mouse would get stuck and jam and I would fail. *sigh* Yesterday the mouse was fine. Barely slipped, but today, it made me insane. I wanted to break records but it won't let me. *sigh*

Anyway, some pictures of me playing osu! for you all to enjoy....

Heart shaped slider!

Taiko! :3

Imma spin with my Kakashi skin :3

Catch the fruit! game

My best ranked song #119. Oh, did I forget to mention Worldwide? :)

GACC '09 Day 1

It's the 1st day of GACC and I have school T_T. Well, I didn't really pay much attention in class anyway. I'd just stare at other stuff or, *sleep* Muahaha. And after the bell rang at 12p.m. I rushed back home ready for GACC.

As promised, Kenny went to my house faster than I thought. He was tumpang-ing our car to MMU. After I had my chicken rice lunch, I pack up my stuff *hugs my camera*, dress up and get ready to go!

I specially wore my Kingdom Hearts necklace, hoping to meet any Kingdom Hearts/Square Enix games' characters. Unfortunately, there was none. *crack, heart broke* Anyway, this year they've expanded the venue so it wasn't that so stuffy like last time. They actually had figurine display at the library hall or something like that. I saw Toradora! WEEE! And a whole lot of Suzumiya Haruhi. Oh, I'll make a video of GACC '09 and post it here ^.^ I'm sure that tomorrow will be a blast and more cosplayers will be arriving.

The Group Cosplay competition started at 3.30pm. I stared at my handphone and saw the time. I realized that we went too early. And so, I roamed around the exam hall, look at doujinshis' Tekken 5 matches, and grab pictures of cosplayers, Kyaaa when any new cosplayers enter the hall and etc. It was a bit boring at that time :(

Nonetheless, time is on our side and 3.30pm came in a jiffy. Excited, I was. After taking a few more pictures of Naruto cosplayers, we tried to grab a seat but failed :( So, we stood and enjoy their cosplay skits. I personally think that the demo that they prepared was better than any of the contestants. Way to go GACC Committee! Banzai! Yatta desu ne!

The group that gave me a good impression was Dante's group (I can't remember the group name, sowee) They were great actually, just that their skit is tooo short. >_< And uh, the Suzumiya Haruhi's were singing around for about 3 minutes then dance for another 3 minutes which doesn't impress me (again, sowee)

Ahh......after that, nothing happens. Well, a series of random dances that are not prepared beforehand was performed and a whole lot of other stuff going on at the same time. Very *luan* Lols.

I'll stop here then....I'll be going to GACC tomorrow too. Haha!

GACC 2009 Is Coming Y'all!

GACC IS FINALLY COMING IN 2DAYS! KYAAA~! I can't wait for it *doki doki doki*

But, I have to go to school on Saturday, 'coz its for replacing Hari Raya's holiday. Darn it. If not, I can get there earlier and reserve seats for me, my sis and my bro. lols! And the schedule for GACC is finally out today! I browse through the timetable, it seems that there's no time for seiyuu appearance..T_T...sob anyway who cares! It's GACC! I bet that even the seiyuu that they invited wouldn't even risk coming to Melaka. Now, Melaka is in a serious state. H1N1 victims in Melaka is undeniably high. I think that's why even the seiyuu wouldn't even come. Well, this is just my opinion though.....I'm glad they decided to expand their venue. The place for gaming competition has been moved to other places. Well, at least that will give us more space in the main hall..haha!

Hope everyone goes there! Meet ya guys there!
